Purpose of this application

Model Agency is a web application operated by 12100 Holdings LLC. Model Agency connects a business's Google, Meta, and Shopify accounts — with the account owner's explicit authorization — to a private analytics workspace, and produces a marketing and commerce audit: findings and recommendations across advertising performance, web analytics, search visibility, and store data, delivered directly to that business.

Model Agency is the application that requests access on the Google consent screen. It is operated on the domain modelagen.cy, and the Google consent screen identifies this application as either Model Agency or modelagen.cy — both refer to this same application and this same home page. Businesses use it to authorize read access to their own marketing and commerce accounts so that Model Agency can analyze them and report back.

What this application does with your data

With your explicit authorization, Model Agency reads data from the accounts you connect to produce your audit, and — only with your approval — our team applies the audit's recommended changes on your behalf:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — reads traffic, conversion, and channel performance for your properties; configuration fixes (e.g. repairing broken tracking) are applied only by our team with your approval.
• Google Ads — reads campaign structure, spend, and performance for your ad account; optimizations are applied only by our team with your approval.
• Google Tag Manager — reads your container's tag and trigger configuration to audit tracking coverage; tag fixes are deployed only by our team with your approval.
• Google Merchant Center — reads your product feed and listing status to audit shopping coverage; feed fixes are applied only by our team with your approval.
• Google Search Console — reads your search queries, clicks, impressions, and index coverage to audit organic-search performance. Read-only.
• Meta (Facebook) — reads ad account structure, spend, and performance, Facebook Page engagement, and — where an Instagram professional account is linked to your Page — Instagram profile, posts, and audience insights, for the paid- and organic-social sections of the audit; campaign changes are applied only by our team with your approval.
• Shopify — reads orders, products, and store metadata for revenue and lifecycle analysis.

You never hand control to software: every change is reviewed and executed by our team under your engagement. Your data is used solely to produce your audit and reporting. It is never sold, never shared with third parties for their own purposes, never used for advertising, and never used for another client. You can revoke access at any time from your Google, Meta, or Shopify account settings, which stops all access from that source immediately.

Data deletion

You can have the data Model Agency holds about your business deleted at any time, wherever you are located:

• Disconnect. Revoking access from your Google, Meta, or Shopify settings — or uninstalling the Shopify app — stops all access from that source immediately. Data synced from any of these services — Google, Meta, and Shopify alike — is permanently deleted within 30 days of disconnection.
• Or simply ask. Email support@modelagen.cy with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm the request comes from the connected account's owner or an authorized representative, then permanently delete the associated data — synced store, advertising, and analytics data, and the stored access tokens — within 30 days.

Getting started with Model Agency

Businesses receive a private connection link, open it, and authorize the accounts they want audited. Model Agency then reads those accounts and returns the audit. To request access, contact support@modelagen.cy.
